RETURN + REFUND POLICY

At Bexar Roots Plant Company, we want you to love your new plants! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

PLANTS

Due to the delicate nature of live plants, we do not accept returns as all sales are final. However, if your plant's health declines please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with a copy of your receipt, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos,. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

NON-PLANT ITEMS

For non-plant items (pots, accessories, soil, etc.), we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

REMINDERS:

• We are not responsible for plant damage due to improper care, extreme weather, or neglect after purchase.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
• Store credit or exchanges may be offered for certain situations.
